BROCKENHURST

 

Brockenhurst is the largest village in the New Forest. It is situated centrally within the National Park, and is served by numerous road links and the large, busy railway station. Surrounding towns and villages include Beaulieu, Lymington, Lyndhurst, and Sway.

Brockenhurst station was opened  in 1847 and is served by South West Trains, who operate services from Waterloo to Weymouth, and also the local half hourly branch line train to Lymington.
