A GUIDE TO FORDINGBRIDGE

Fordingbridge, on the banks of the River Avon, is a medieval town on the northern tip of the New Forest . The bridge from which the town receives it’s name is a major feature of the town, with its seven graceful arches, can be seen very easily from the town’s large riverside park. Visitors can walk along the beautiful riverbank, draped with willows and waterside plants, and close by is a children’s play area and a secluded memorial gardens.
